6.38mm laminated glass is also called laminated safety glass. It is made of two glass pieces with one interlayer of 0.38mm PVB, the glass and PVB been bonded together under the high temperature and high pressure. If the glass laminate sheet is broken, the broken glass pieces will stick together tightly without any splashing, the double glazed laminated glass couldn’t be penetrated by other products easily. Even the laminated security glass is used in the high construction, after broken, the broken fragments won’t drop from high building, and it also block the people and objects to penetrate the glass to fall. So the laminated glazing is the safety glass indeed.
